Our Drivers:

Our Drivers are all personally selected and are living and working for a long time in the United Arab Emirates. Therefor they have a lot of knowledge about the cities and locations. They are friendly and all English speakers.

Our Cars:

We have all 4×4 cars, to make your journey as comfortable as possible. These cars are perfectly designed to drive in the desert.

Payments:

We are a pay as you go company, you can pay upon arrival by cash. Card payments are on special request as not all drivers have a payment terminal on board. If you wanna pay by card please keep in mind that there will be additional 5% Vat And 5% Bank Charges costs.

Can we book with groups:

Yes, you can book group tours with us. We can arrange bus tours or private cars, ask us for the special group rates.

Can we book a private car:

Yes, you can book a private car. Private cars are highly requested during the Covid-19 period. For requests and price enquiries Contact Us.

Food Allergies:

I’m vegan or have special food requests can I still eat in the camp?
There is a wide ranging buffet which offers, vegan and a wide variety of options. There will always be something to find for you. All the food in the camp is Halal and has a variety of styles in nationalities.

What to wear:

We advise to wear comfortable clothes and bring some warm clothes as the desert can cool down in the evening.

Cancelations:

Cancelations are free of charge 24 hours before the tour date. In case of any cancelations shorter than 24 hours prior to the booking the charges are 50% of the total tour amount. In case of a no show, whole tour amount is due to pay. When failing to make the payment, legal steps will be taken.

Quad/ Buggy Ride

Quad bike or Buggy ride is at your own risk, in case of any accidents/damage it will be at your own responsibility. Please drive safe and carefully.
